The area is tranquil and perfect for morning runs or leisurely walks along the beachfront footpath. It's conveniently close to a popular tourist destination, making it the ideal base for exploring. I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation!

sandbaai country house in hermanus was even better than expected. the location by the ocean was peaceful with breathtaking views. the comfortable rooms and attentive owners made for a memorable stay. the delicious breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. would definitely return!

The welcome at Sandbaai was excellent, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. We arrived very late and they went out of their way to provide some food for us (although they didnt have to). The breakfast the next morning was also delicious. Would recommend!

Sandbaai Country House is the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend. The rooms are excellent, with convenient ground floor access and parking right in front. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The breakfast options are delicious, especially the variety of bread and jams. The location is ideal, being close to the beach area and offering beautiful views. It's the ideal place to relax and spend quality time together.

The internet coverage was not good, with the WiFi connection not working properly.

We recently stayed at Sandbaai Country House for a few days and it was absolutely wonderful. The view from our room was breathtaking, with waves crashing on the shore. The poolside view was equally stunning. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, especially the hot breakfast options. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep. The highlight of our stay was visiting Her Son's, where we even got to see a whale in the distance. a fantastic experience with friendly hosts and great amenities.

We even had a nice conversation with them, as they happened to have stayed at the same place in Ceres. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was an exceptional place for a romantic getaway with your partner. Definitely worth every penny!

No free wifi connection, not so friendly check in - we arrived at 7pm and the owner (man) was not in good mood, but overall it was ok.

Good value for money, imposing building,attitude of management and staff, room was upgraded without having to ask !

Beautiful coastal scenery and coast path nearby. Very good, varied breakfast with attentive, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and modern amenities in the room. Ample on-site parking. Short drive to Hermanus and Hemel-en-Aarde vineyards
